min3:  8-10 Alt KB Cossack Squat + 10 Alt Prisoner Step Ups
min 4: 4-6 DB Single Arm Seated Arnold Press/arm +  10-12 DB Wtd Sit ups

min 5:  Row – 30 sec for MAX Cals
