Last Cyclical Aerobic piece for the summer
A. Coach will warm you up accordingly.

Cyclical Aerobic Work: 3-5 sets – you choose your wts.
Row 1000m/750m (3:30-4:30)
Run 200m – out the gate and to the left up the hill and into the front door (:40s-1:15)
Ski 300m/200m (1:00-1:45)
Complete 3 Rounds of “Cindy” (2:00 – 3:30)
5 pullups
10 push ups
15 Air Squats
rest 4 minutes
NOTES:
- Complete each set at the exact same pace.

- Rx goes to those that can complete all sets within 3-5 seconds of each other.
