20 min AMR:
P1 starts: 3000 M Row
P2 1 TH Loop 1A FC – Switch arms as often as you’d like (32kg/20Kg)
Once Row is complete move to completing 150 Partner WB shots
*Remaining time is T2B – slice and dice as you want, but both partners must complete the same amount of reps each time off the bar.  (Ex, P1 leads and does 5 reps, P2, needs to do 5 reps, before P1 gets back on the bar for their second set. If second set P1 only completes 3 reps, P2 has 3 reps to do. So on and so forth.)
