Pursuit  & Performance

A. Clean 3 Position Drills with blank bar or dowel – 10-12 minutes
B. EMOM for 12 minutes:
Clean x 2 reps – Choose a wt. that is challenging that you are able to complete with perfect form (build ea. set if you feel up for it.)
C.EMOM for 12 minutes::
10 KBS (eye level ALL) HEAVY
5 Burpees
5 Deck Squats
+
5-7 minutes of Hip Flow
