A. Open with 20 mins of work on:
- Double Unders – 5,10,15,20,15,10,5 – UNBROKEN for those that have them. 90 sec of work if you don’t.
Pistols, - 5R/L (as wt. if needed to increase intensity. Add a box if needed for assistance.
 HS Holds – accumulate 40sec.

With a continuous running clock, perform the following:
0:00 – 1000 Meter Row
5:00 – 50 Burpees
10:00 – 50/30 Strict Pull-Ups
15:00 – 75/50 Wall Ball Shots
20:00 – 50/30 Box Jump Overs
25:00 – 2 BIG Loop Runs
