B1. Deadlift; 8,6,4,2 – small build; does not need to be TnG. –
B2. Candlesticks –12-15 reps
Rest 90 sec; 4 sets

Odd: 10 line tags (down and back is 2)
Even: Row 12/8 cals
 
 
Performance:
A. Open with 10 min AMR of new warm up
B1. 5,4,3,2,1 – let that last one be something heavy, if feeling good go for a new 1RM
B2. Strict t2B  practice – 8-10 reps
