P1 & P2 Complete the following in a 25 min running clock:

1 TH Loop Buddy Carry
50 Partner WB toss
100 Push Ups with HR while partner does double KB Rack HOLD – drop KB’s must switch spots
Run 1 BIG Loop together
50 Strict Pullups while partner sits in Bottom of Squat with tension; Partner stands up or loses tension, switch spots
100 Dball Slams with partner doing HS Hold – switch when partner comes off wall
1 TH loop Buddy Carry
* With leftover time score will be Calories on the rower – must switch every 10 cals
