At The LAB, we believe every body is built to move, to be strong, to be athletic. Therefore, we should all train like athletes - train our bodies to be balanced, flexible, accurate, and strong; to be able to go the distance of life.

We find joy in fostering a relationship with all of our members, and use non-intimidating approaches and representation. At the LAB, everyone is an athlete. Regardless of experience, age, or conditioning, mutual respect is a given.
